As COVID-19 impacts all Americans, the National Disability Rights Network is urging Congress and the Administration to safeguard the rights of people with disabilities in the federal response to the pandemic. At the local and state level, Protection and Advocacy agencies continue to fight for the rights of people with disabilities, including equal access to testing and treatment.

NDRN had joined an amicus in support of neither side explaining the obligations Texas elections officials must make reasonable modifications under the ADA to voting during the COVID-19 pandemic such as permitting voting by mail.
