As COVID-19 impacts all Americans, the National Disability Rights Network is urging Congress and the Administration to safeguard the rights of people with disabilities in the federal response to the pandemic. At the local and state level, Protection and Advocacy agencies continue to fight for the rights of people with disabilities, including equal access to testing and treatment.
